Design your Review Templates
You have a lot of flexibility in how you design your review templates. You can create new review templates and design as you work or make use of the already developed templates. You can model review templates to mimic your current worksheets or extend the breadth of your review templates in ways not previously possible. Thresholds, default values, and filtering may be applied to all individual study criterion. Below is a study review template.
Enter data against your Review Template
In entering data against studies, you may set a number of criterion to a given value all at once, individually set criterion attributes, override practitioner and departmental attributes, track event dates and ultimately aggregate your data on a Topic/Criterion level. Previously entered studies may be retrieved, edited, and augmented with new data as the concurrent review progresses. Below is a sample data entry screen.
Run standard reports
Distributed with the Plato Data Analyzer is a library of standard reports designed to meet the reporting requirements of the regulating bodies. This library of reports includes hierarchical reports for Facility, Department, and Practitioner Qualitative Profiles, Quarterly reports, Comparison reports and Compliance/non Compliance against criterion. Print out letters for non compliant physician, departments etc. These reports can be further customized by specifying admit, discharge, and review date ranges, or choose specific topics or criterion to report on. Add a comment directly to a criterion and really impress them by adding your own company logo to the reports.
